Dustbane Foundation Floor Sealer, 4L. Achieves uncommon levels of durability and permanency for total sealer protection. Gives good levelling, appearance and gloss with minimum effort. Reduced environmental impact: ECOLOGO Certified UL 2777 - Hard Floor Care Products. Chemical Resistant: Resists spills and stains, detergent and ice melt. Unaffected by washing and damp mopping. Colourless Film: Will not yellow with age. Dries Quickly: Faster re-coat, less “down time”. Safe to Use: It is solvent free and non-flammable. It contains no A.P.E. or zinc. Designed to give total sealer protection to resilient (except unsealed wood) and non-resilient (except magnesite) floors. Apply using a clean mop or sprayer, allowing 30-60 minutes between applications. Two or three coats are recommended. Before sealing non-resilient floors, it is recommended that a small test patch be applied and checked for adhesion after 24 hours. New non-resilient floors must be completely cured and dried before application. Surface etching is not required. Floors must be stripped, cleaned and allowed to dry thoroughly. Coverage per 4 L is 150 m2 (1600 ft2) to 240 m2 (2500 ft2) depending upon porosity of the floor.
